Job description:
B2BI Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed. We are looking for an experienced Staffing Specialist / Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in the Recruiting field. This is a great position for someone eager to further their career in recruiting or business development and have the opportunity for advancement.
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of Bachelors Degree and 5 year of recruiting experience, who consistently demonstrates the ability to prospect and place qualified professionals who meet client needs.

We are looking for someone to provide:

  • Proven Recruiting experience attracting qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent employment.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and candidates both via phone and in person.
  • Candidates must possess proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives, a strong business acumen, professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a tolerance for rejection.
  • Experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help identify and to source qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidate credentials match with open requirements.


Experience with screening candidates, conducting interviews, and performing reference and background checks.
  • Ability to implement proactive recruiting strategies to develop a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Ability to work closely with Account Management and interface with client managers.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple position requirements at a time.
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical lingo.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MS Office suite, and maintaining recruiting/Staffing Database.
  • Extremely professional with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Negotiating skills with contracts and contract to hire employees.
  • Proficiency in using Job Boards effectively.
